Delta: UK based Builders of Military Boats and Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIB)

For the last 30 years Delta Power Group have been designing and building Commercial RIBS, Military RIBS, Offshore Support RIBS, Wind Farm Support Vessels, Survey Vessels, Police RIBS and Rescue Boats. These Delta boats are in service throughout the world.

The Delta range of boats are designed to be strong, stable and efficient working platforms.

Wind Farm Support Vessels can be chartered to provide a cost effective platform for crew transfer, small cargo movements (1500kgs) standby or dive support duties. The Delta heavy duty, hard wearing solid foam fendering system known as BFT (buoyant fendered topsides) protects the boat from damage when alongside a tower. Operators of wind farm support vessels can be confident in the reliability of a Delta offshore wind support RIB.

Survey Vessels can be configured with lifting davits, creel haulers or other deck equipment. The wheelhouses on the survey vessels can be fitted with video monitoring equipment as required.

Police/Military forces are welcome to visit Delta to consult confidentially with the team of Naval Architects who have over 30 years experience of design, development and production of patrol/fast pursuit ribs. Police ribs can be designed to include removable seating to allow diving equipment to be fitted within a small space, canvas type wheelhouses to provide some weather protection through to large wheelhouse ribs for patrolling greater areas.

Commercial Offshore Support Ribs have been in service at offshore oil installations worldwide since the late 1980's. Delta Offshore Support RIBS are available with waterjet or sterndrive propulsion.

Delta's Rigid Inflatable Boats are constructed under ISO 9000/2001 accreditation and can meet a number of International Standards and Classification Rules including those of Det Norske Veritas, Lloyds Register, Nordic Boat Standards, Maritime and Coastguard Agency Codes and MSO Passenger Boat Regulations (Ireland).
