manufacturing & testing - factory trials

All Delta craft complete a thorough in-house testing procedure upon completion. This process includes pre-delivery inspections; electrical tests; engine running confirmation. Where applicable these are conducted in accordance with maritime standard bodies such as the MCA or Bureau Veritas. Delta Craft are designed to exceed the standard requirements of traditional maritime approvals.

overload testing

The Delta Manufacturing Centre houses on site overload test facilities for vessels designed to be lifted or davit launched. The overload test involves the use of specialist anchor points which enable the vessels to be mechanicaly stressed to over 400% of its required loading. This complies with Delta's goal to provide strength and safety which surpasses that of our competition.
