The Delta in-house fendering department construct,trim and fit fendering systems to new build craft and offer a refurbishment service to both delta boats and other manufacturers
The three main systems are:
- Traditional Inflated
heavy duty inflatable hypalon sponson - Buoyant Fendered Topsides [BFT]
Robust closed cell foam cored outer fender coated in abrasion resistant, hard wearing polyurathane - Hybrid Air Cored, Foam Sponson
Revolutionary hybrid fender, comprised of inflatable bladders fitted within a hard wearing hypalon outerskin lined with a closed cell foam. In the unlikely event of a bladder being punctured, it can be removed via watertight zips and replaced in minutes. Even with a damaged bladder,the sponson retains its shape and allows operations to continue
All fenders can be trimmed to suit a particular requirement with options for hard wearing rubbing strake, cladding, anti-slip patches, life lines, stowage bags and livery.
